– Lôi thịt từ tủ lạnh ra, cho vào tô trộn, đổ bì sợi vào, thêm đường, rượu, nước mắm, hạt tiêu, tỏi ớt băm nhuyễn và phần gia vị ở gói lớn của gói gia vị nem chua của Thái, trộn kỹ cho các thứ quyện vào nhau.
– Sau đó đổ nốt gói muối nhỏ ở trong gói gia vị nem chua vào hỗn hợp thịt, trộn và quyết đều thịt trong chậu (đoạn này phải nhanh và mạnh tay).
– Ép vào khuôn nhanh tay nhất có thể. Bởi nếu gói chậm nem sẽ bị bở, không dính.
– Hoặc lấy nilong wrap bọc thức ăn để gói. Lúc gói thì nên đặt mấy lát tỏi , ớt thái mỏng ở dưới rồi trải lá đinh lăng lên rồi đặt thịt lên, cuốn như cuốn nem.
– Để vào hộp kín, 20-24h sau là ăn được

Chances are there wasn't collaboration, communication, and checkpoints, there wasn't a process agreed upon or specified with the granularity required.
